Charactereristics of good teacher
That student meet a good teacher is very important. The teacher can make right direction, student following the teacher. In school, teachers should teach not only academic subjects but also skill how to make a good relationship. Therefore, a teacher is very important a person, the teacher should has good characteristics. The characteristics of good teacher are well prepared, open minded, and a good communicator.
I agree your points that are open minded and a good communicator are very important points for students.
good idea buddy. however i think that teachers need to have a mixed attitudes forward the students like they need to mix between open minded and discipline.
